NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Adam Brizendine, Maryhill Estates East Home Owner Association, has filed with the Board of County Commissioners, Douglas County, Washington, an application for a franchise authorizing and empowering them to enter upon certain roads within Douglas County, Washington (further described below) for the purpose of constructing, operating and maintaining private improvements over, under, across or through certain County road rights of way within Douglas County, Washington.
