Public Hearing: CE 22-49A & TLS 22-60A To Consider the Adoption of the 2023 Preliminary Budget

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has completed its 2023 preliminary budget for Douglas County; placed it on file in the office of the Douglas County Auditor; and hereby notify the public they may receive a copy upon request by going to or calling the Douglas County Auditor – 509-745-8527; and

WHEREAS, RCW 36.40.070 allows for a budget hearing where any taxpayer may appear and be heard for or against any part of the budget; and RCW 36.40.071 allows the first Monday of December as the latest alternate date the Commissioners may meet for a budget hearing.
