Road Closure: 21st Street NE

21st Street NE will be closed beginning at 6:00 am to 7:00 pm on Monday, October 20, 2025 through Friday, November 7, 2025 for replacement of the existing canal culvert.

The Douglas County transportation road crew will be removing the existing corrugated culvert pipe and installing a new 65' long concrete box culvert.

A signed detour route will be available and local access during the closure will be available.
