NCW District Fair - Fundraisers
The NCW District Fair is planning a "Friends of the Fair Blue Ribbon Cookbook" as a fundraiser to benefit the Fair. Douglas County has produced so many good cooks since the fair’s inception in 1911.
We are looking for recipes passed down thru the generations or new cooking innovations. In addition to recipes for cooking, we plan on having a category titled; "Recipes for a Good Life." It could include "thought-filled" recipes, poems, quotes, cures, or any good advice that you’d like to share.
Forms for submitting recipes can be picked up at the Information Booth at the fairgrounds,
downloaded here, or by calling the fair office at (509) 745-8480.
