Great Links Resorts LLC has filed an application for an amendment to the Desert Canyon PRD.  The application is for an amendment to the Desert Canyon Planned Residential Development and Recreational Overaly.  Phase 5 includes at total of 200 multifamily units.   The Recreation Overlay component includes and expansion of the RV park, a water park, and amenity center.  The subject property is located at Desert Canyon Golf Course.  The property is further described as being located within Section 27, Township 26 North, Range 21 East, W.M., in Douglas County, Washington.  The Douglas County Assessor Number for the subject property is 26212720012.

Written comment on the application will be accepted during the comment period.  A public hearing date has not yet been determined.  Written or verbal comment will be accepted at the public hearing.  Any interested person/party has the right to comment on the proposal, request a copy of the decision and appeal the decision subject to the requirements outlined in Title 14 of the Douglas County Code.
