The Douglas County Board of Commissioners will be conducting a public hearing beginning at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, February 7, 2012 in the Commissioners Chambers of the Courthouse, located at 203 South Rainier, Waterville, WA.
The Board will be considering amendments to the Douglas County Code, specifically whether or not to reduce the minimum threshold to qualify for a Limited Land Segregation land subdivision from ten (10) acres to seven (7) acres in the Commercial Agriculture 5 and 10 Zoning Districts.
