2010 ANNUAL COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE

PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 36.70A RCW, notice is herby given that on February 8, 2011 the Douglas County Board of Commissioners adopted the following:

• Ordinance TLS 11-02-02B – adopting amendments to Douglas County Code Chapters 18.16.120 Storage Standards and Chapters 14.98, 12.55, 12.57, 17.16, 19.18, and 19.40 relative to the definition of “Engineer.”
• Ordinance TLS 11-02-02C – adopting amendments to the Douglas County Countywide Comprehensive Plan including  updates to table 3: Comprehensive Plan Land Use Designations, Section 5.2 Agricultural Resource Lands, and Section 9.1.3 Sales and Use Tax for Public Facilities.
