Project Description
The Airport Way Realignment project includes the reconstruction of approximately 1,500 linear feet of Airport Way and the construction of approximately 400 linear feet of new roadway. The project limits are from the southeast edge of the recently constructed roundabout at Grant Road and Urban Industrial Avenue intersection to the Airport Way and Pangborn Drive intersection. The work includes the removal of structures, obstructions, and unsuitable foundations, roadway excavation, the installation of stormwater drain, domestic water, and illumination systems, the construction of hot mix asphalt pavement over crushed surfacing base material, and the installation of curb, gutter, and sidewalk throughout.
