Amendments to Douglas County Code Title 12, 14, and 18
Notice is hereby given that the Douglas County Board of Commissioners conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 and adopted the following:
- Resolution TLS 09-49C – accepting the recommendation of the Planning Commission to not adopt amendments to Douglas County Code Section 18.16.046 Clustering.
- Ordinance TLS 09-10-49D – adopting amendments to Douglas County Code Section 18.16.220 Agricultural Support and associated changes to Titles 14 and 18 Douglas County Code.
- Ordinance TLS 09-11-49E – adopting amendments to Title 12 Road Standards of the Douglas County Code.
The amendments have be sent to the Washington State Department of Commerce in compliance with RCW 36.70A.106. Further notice of these amendments will be published in the Empire Press and Wenatchee World on November 5, 2009.
