Building and Land Use Applications

Some of these application forms may be filled out using your computer. Use your cursor and/or the tab key to navigate to the appropriate blanks and pull-downs to type in your information. Print the completed form using your printer, sign the application and submit it to the Permit Center with your supporting plans and documents. All property owners must sign application forms.

Note: You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to download these applications. When the download is completed, you STILL HAVE TO INSTALL IT. Instructions for doing this are on the download page from Adobe. Because of the size of these files, expect to wait for them to load. (If the file will not open, right click on the hyperlink, choose Save Target As . . . and save it to a location on your computer that you will remember. Then, go to that location and open the document from there.)

Note: To save the pdf version of these permits to your computer, you will need to click on the computer disk icon located above the hand icon in the upper left hand corner of the Adobe window once you've opened the file, or right click on the link and select "save target as" or "save link as."
