Be as specific as possible to reduce the number of matching survey records.
The Auditor's File Number (AFN) and Description fields look for surveys that "contain"
the characters entered. If you have it, the AFN yields the best results. When ready press Enter or click the Search button.

Searching by Date:
When searching for dates previous to 1950, enter a 4-digit year. (mm/dd/yyyy)
To find surveys within a range of dates, enter the earlier date as the starting date and most recent date as the ending date.
To find surveys after a certain date, enter that date in the starting date, leaving ending date blank.
To find surveys before a certain date, enter that date in the ending date, leaving starting date blank.
To find a survey on a specific date, enter the date in both starting and ending dates.
