Volunteer Opportunity to Serve your Community

The Douglas County Board of Commissioners would like to hear from persons that are registered voters that live in Commissioner District 3 and who would be interested in serving on the volunteer Douglas County Planning Commission.  You can confirm the Commissioner District of your residence by contacting the Auditor’s Office at 745-8527.

Information on the Planning Commission can be viewed by clicking on the “Planning Commission Information“ link to the left.  Persons who wish to be considered may complete and return a “Statement of Interest” also found to the left.  You may request a printed form by calling the Commissioners Office at 745-8537.

Statements of Interest must be returned to the Board of Commissioners by September 2, 2008.
