BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS

JANUARY 30, 2012

Board was present at the Douglas County Public Services Building at 140 NW 19th St, East Wenatchee, Washington. Held bid opening for RES TLS 12-04 Two New Roller/Packer. The staff will review and make recommendation to the Board on Tuesday, January 31, 2012. Attended a special meeting with the Chelan County Commissioners to discuss the Town Toyota Center – Public Facilities District.  Held Executive Session with the Chelan County Commissioners and legal council in accordance to RCW 42.30.110(1)I Litigation for 30 minutes.  No action was taken.

JANUARY 31, 2012

Board was present. Met with Administrator heard report.  Held Executive Session in accordance to RCW 42.30.110(1)f.  No action was taken.  Met with TLS staff approved the following:   Awarded Ed-Ka the bid for Resolution TLS 12-04, and denied other bid; approved Gray - Statutory Warranty Deed.  Heard staff report. Held public hearing approved RES TLS 12-03B CDBG General Purposes Grant; Certifications of Compliance, and Title VI Certification for the Greater Bar Water District CDBG General Purpose Application.  Met with constituent.  Met with Treasurer and Chief Deputy Treasurer to review year end report.  Approved cancellation of Personal Property Tax.  Approved the following other items: out of state travel; budget transfer; contract with Tri-Tec; Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification with Douglas Sheriff; NCW District Fair contract with Jerrod Neimann; and vouchers.

FEBRUARY 1, 2012

Commissioners Jenkins and Snyder were present and met with Representative from Grant County Housing Authority regarding project in Bridgeport.  Commissioner Stanton was on delegation at a PFD meeting and Parkside facility meeting.
