BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS

AUGUST 30, 2010

Board met with Prosecuting Attorney discussed appointments to Boards and Commissions no action was taken.  Met with Auditor and CFO.  The Board approved direction to proceed with payroll software program.  Reviewed Statement of Expenditures/Revenue compared to budget.  Met with LINK Director for updated.  Met with constituent and builder. No action was taken.  Approved the following items:  RES CE 10-67 Safety Officer Agreement for the Latex Paint Collection Event and contract; and CDDD contract.

AUGUST 31, 2010

Board was present met with Administrator heard report.  Met with Auditor approved Interlocal Agreement with Steven County for Cooperative Purchasing Agreement for Proposal No. FMS-2008 and PDS software agreement.  Held Executive Session in accordance to RCW 42.30.140(4) no action was taken.  Met with TLS staff.  Heard staff reports. Approved Authorization for Building Permits for 3 lots on Plat 06-32.  Held public hearing approved Ordinance TLS 10-06-30B Amendments to DCC Title 14 & 18, a re-zone of approximately 20 acres from medium residential and neighborhood commercial to general commercial, and the adoption of Chapters 15.38, 17.70, and 17.74 of the East Wenatchee Municipal Code for use within the Unincorporated Urban Growth Boundary.  Approved the following other items: RES TLS 10-32 Adoption of Douglas County Code Chapter 4.17 Personnel Policy for TLS - GPS Policy; RES CE 10-66 Allocation of Sales and Use Tax Revenue; vouchers; personnel, and liquor permit.
